Applicant(s) understand that this application shall not be considered by management until the application fee is paid and in no way does it guarantee housing is available. This fee is nonrefundable, and the application is subject to approval. If this application is approved you must pay your full deposit within 24 hours of the apartment becoming vacant in order for us to hold the apartment you chose. After the application is approved, the deposit will be forfeited if you fail to sign a lease and take occupancy on your specified occupancy date. One application covers all of Simpson's properties.
